Collaborative support for your wellbeing

You don't have to figure this out alone. We'll build a plan together, drawing on evidence-based therapy and practical coping skills so you feel supported throughout the process.

ADHD Therapy

ADHD can make you feel like you are always behind and never enough. In therapy, we’ll blend practical support with emotional processing. We'll work on the things that keep tripping you up, like getting started, staying on track, and keeping your day from slipping away from you, while also making room to process the frustration, shame, and overwhelm that often come along with them.

Interventions typically include ACT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness-based practices, and Solutions-Focused therapy.

Anxiety Therapy

Anxiety can make your mind buzz and your body always on alert. In therapy, we'll work on understanding what drives the worry, calming your body's stress response, and building skills so that social situations, sudden waves of panic, and everyday pressures feel more manageable and less in charge of your choices. Interventions typically include ACT, CBT, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness-based practices, and Parts-Work.

OCD Therapy

OCD creates terrifying and exhausting experiences that feel like your mind and body have been hijacked on a singular purpose to obtain certainty and relief that never lasts. In therapy, we'll look at how the loop of obsessions and compulsions keeps itself going, then practice stepping out of it, one manageable challenge at a time, so that fear has less say in how you live.
